This position is responsible for driving business attraction, leading complex projects, and advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen Greenville–Pitt County’s competitive position. This role leads recruitment in target industries, manages high-priority and cross-sector special projects, and coordinates partners to align resources and users, resulting in job creation and capital investment.
